We, Talisayon of Camarines Norte, welcomes motorcycle enthusiast - irrelevant of the quality or speed of your motorcycle together with a driver's license! The Raiders Association of Talisay was founded by eight (8) enthusiast riders on January 8, 2005.
We, Members come from all walks of life with a sole purpose... to experience safe & enjoyable riding all over the Philippines archipelago.
